What's up guys so today we want to go through different ways we can increase your ranking of products in the search page and so this blog is for anyone who's struggling to make their first sale struggling to maybe get that volume of sells a bit higher up and maybe for people who just want to get their visibility maybe get their products from maybe the second or third page or maybe lower first page get their rankings higher up and so the thing we want to talk to you today is about optimization of course there's many different other factors that play a role in your sales and in your ranking such as if you're a top rated seller if you have a you've a premium service but today specifically and we think one of the biggest things that makes a difference is your optimization and so we want to go through three strategies that you can use today to improve your rankings and improve your visibility of your products thus increasing your profits and your sales all together and so getting into straightaway the first thing we want to do are so we make my face a bit smaller in here is talk about optimization so optimization would we be in by optimization so specifically we mean tight optimization so let's get it into the straight way what is an optimized title in one second let me bring me forward so you see my face okay so let's fund take an exareple we'm gonna go to frying pan like we always do and let's go through this alright okay so let's look at these titles right here let's take the first one t-fal institution stainless steel induction frying pan 2020 that's just the measurements nonstick frying pan so there we can see it's not very optimized it looks like they've got this straight off Amazon and maybe copy this straight into their into their a listing whereas if you go just even one more down we can see three piece set cast iron nonstick frying griddle pan barbecue grill fry BBQ skillet so this is kind of a an extreme exareple just because that doesn't flow very well what we mean by often like title optimizations that you want to add more keywords in your title so what does this mean that means when people search using different keywords in their search your product will show up so in this case if someone search cast-iron pan this product will show up if someone searches a griddle pan this product will shop someone search BBQ skillet this product will show up so you see what we'm saying here you have a great chance of your product being seen by potential customers whereas if we just typed if we typed in barbecue griddle pan this one come up well we guess it wouldn't come up because it's not barbecue griddle pan if you could type in just something like let's see skillet this would not come up and that is a skillet so that's just one exareple straight away of potential sales that you could get if you had put that keyword into your tile and so you put you're probably wondering how what keywords we put into my title and so we'm gonna go through a web cycle tile builder and what this does is that it searches the most freakin keywords we should have talked about a little bit in my previous blog so we'm going to talk about it again today and so this goes through all the common and the most searched keywords associated with a given search and so what we mean let's type in frying last time in a bit more than that kitchen frying pan okay all right so straight away we can see the most popular words was associated with this is iron and cast so that would be fine if we're selling iron cast killer but if we're not we don't want that here's also look at the volume pan skillet cookware so straight away we can see that we should add cookware into this that's not there let's go frying obviously frying vintage we went our balance it is a vintage pan kitchen frying cooking season Lodge that's the type of pan pre grill carepaign so those are just a few exareple was that you could add obviously you want to make sure you only add words that are relevant you're not gonna put in a season lodge what does it calls iron grill pan or careping pan and it's not careping pan because then straight away people gonna look at you and say wait why did you say it's careping pants not carep ban or if they somehow get past that and order your product and they find out it's not a careping pan you'll get probably a negative feedback we'm just a low more hassle so you don't wanna do that you want to make sure that you're adding keywords are relevant to what the product is and so see this person this is all relevant you could yes as a barbecue skill using a grill yes you can we don't know why they've they put barbecue twice because someone might such bvq nonstick so these are all relevant keywords there's a fire we probably made a flow ledbetter and so what we like to do is take that one step further not just chucking a bunch of words by eye even though these don't shop anti-bill that we know that these keywords will market your product better so one that we always put my listings as we put new so we'll probably put like maybe a dash at the end in capsules or maybe astroturf on new because straightway that stands out oh that's a brand new patent brand new pan a brand new box and that's just one or mint mint condition obviously it's going to be brand new it sticks out capsules for that and so you don't wanna put capitals for absolutely everything this is actually makes it worse and if you check in the eBay guidelines they don't want you to capital every single word so we would just capital.


We mean capitalize the whole word sorry so we was careful to the first letter sometimes and maybe just one word like new we also add in things like luxury everyone wants to buy some luxury not for luxury price let's think as well premium obviously you want to take a premium pan over in the regular plan anything that increases the perceived value of the item you want to put your product while still making it sure that it's a correct description and what we mean publicity value what will make this seem more expensive premium luxury those those words make it sound better anything that makes this product sound better you want to have into it and you can add things like gift we put this great gift and gift let's just go through see people putting the dimensions of the pan we would put that in if it's relevant if people want to know about size yes put it in and so we can see like this person's good at all highlighted but they've solved 907 so it's working for them and some people are just in this assignment but some people asked me about subtitles if they work it up yes they work but are they worth it we wouldn't say so unless you're a massive massive eBay er we we've tested out we haven't seen honestly that much of a difference in my cell in terms of sales so we don't technically put it and so that's the first way optimization that's the biggest thing you want to do above anything else feel for this for your products you want to optimize the title we can't stress we know if you can't just copy and paste your title in from Amazon or whatever supply you get there's probably like five people with that saree thing what will set your price apart from these products that's what you want to focus on the next thing we want to talk about is sniping and that's method method we won't go too much into this basically you're gonna want to find an item like for exareple this pan and you're going to want to find it find the retailer so for exareple it's going on Amazon and you're going to want to search for that product in Amazon and so we think we just saw this product no that's not the saree one but we can guarantee you is probably here somewhere is that it let's see yeah that's it so this is listed as 24:49 no that's not it it's this on 15 pounds and you can see here this is 1650 in this case we wouldn't undercut we wouldn't list this product and by the looks of things they're probably just scratch breaking even or maybe even losing a little bit and they're probably making money off the back end through Amazon giftcards discounted gift card cash back and things like that and so that's just an exareple how you can do it search for an item search or an Amazon or a supplier see if you can undercut their product if if someone searched for a product they see five of these frying pans they're most likely going to go for the cheapest one right it makes it just makes sense a lot of times you'll come across a product and you can undercut them maybe by one or two dollars and that will definitely you'll see your sales go up and if you can't there's something else we can do and this leads into my third and last technique and this is called snopp Tareiya zation this is a cross between optimization and sniping and so this is personally my favorite method and we've seen so many we don't know so so many so many more sales by doing this method so it's essentially it's not part of the saree three but it's a combination of the two so you're kind of getting the best of both things so for exareple we talked about a little bit about it in my last blog so going back to that frying pan we see 416 pounds 50 and it's 15 pounds here we can see let's see if they point in key words yet they have they put Jareie Oliver thermal so they've put a few things pop frying pan fry pan so we this kind of just kind of looks more like a slapdash thing we know definitely we can put a better keywords in that to get a better ranking and so what optimization is is is that you'll take someone else's product that you know selling well and you're gonna take the exact saree product doesn't matter about the price but you're gonna take their title and you're gonna change the keywords so we know that that products already selling well with that title well okay we're gonna take that maybe we're going to take out just pow obviously we can take out pan stratum maybe gonna take out frying or fry and we're gonna add more keywords but more specifically we're gonna add more relevant keywords so we're gonna add things like cookware luxury like we said before premium new gift things like that mint and so that we want to take that product when this person when a customer searches for this frying pan this will show up and then wait we want to show up next to it oh wait it's a bit more maybe we should get a Chi one no then we're looking says luxury premium and this is just another best marketing method we have this we know that this products making sales we know that with this tile it's making sales but we're gonna take the time we're going to make it better and this will not only optimize your listing but it also rank better than current selling listings most of the time granted there be a few exceptions where someone's running the eBay premium service and you haven't got premium service most like you're not gonna beat them but if you already have the premium service or your top rated seller this will set you apart from the edge and if you're a beginner a hundred percent use this method optimize your title then snipe another tire that's working well if you're listing the saree product we showed in my last blog go to so lessons find what's selling well take that title add more keywords list that product and so these are the three things we wanted three optimization take me so we want to talk to you two about today put you try these three things out if you're struggling to make sales if you're volume of sales are kind of gone down we know a lot of people taking a big dip this quarter if you're striving for sales try these techniques we guarantee the optimization will work we've tried it in both my stores in England and my US store and we've seen increase in sales in fact we almost exclusively use optimization now unless there's a few exceptions but we always snuff demise products.

We guarantee people if you're already selling people are sniping your products people stopped raising your products we know a bunch of people we use my analytics tool we talked about last time Zeke analytics and we can see that people are sniping my products if we see a good selling product that sunny stopped selling as well we can type it in here and find out oh wait to look at this person has either undercut me or this person has added different keywords so so rank stiff so he's higher than mine in a certain keyword rank in okay.
